Information handled by NTW

Public browsing and security data: Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request metadata, device or browser details, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
Account data: Clerk processes the email address or Google-account information you choose to use for authentication. NTW receives a stable Clerk user identifier and stores a minimal application record in Cloudflare D1 containing that identifier, an internal account identifier, plan status, chat-history preference, and lifecycle timestamps. NTW does not store your password.
Membership and billing data: Paid memberships are not currently available. The planned checkout uses Paddle as reseller and merchant of record. PayPal may be offered as a payment method through Paddle. NTW does not receive or store your full card number, bank credentials, or payment-account password. NTW retains billing customer, subscription, transaction, refund, and dispute references; plan, billing interval, payment status, lifecycle dates, and AI-response balances; and minimized records of billing events and reconciliation. Financial records may include base amount, tax, total, fees, currency, payment method, and transaction-time country or region with its source and any unavailable information. Billing location is not treated as your primary home residence.
Terms acceptance: NTW records the account identifiers, accepted Terms version, server-recorded time, and whether acceptance came from signup or Account. These minimal records support agreement admission and current-version checks, not age verification, advertising, or identity-document collection.
Home-residence declarations: When residence eligibility features are enabled, NTW links an account's declared country and state, attestation version and time, applicable policy version, decision, and move or correction history to that account. These records support eligibility and accurate residence changes, not advertising or a new declaration for each recurring charge.
AI requests and optional chat history: Prompts and the conversation context needed to answer them are sent to Apologist AI when you use NTW✝️ Chat. Chat history is off by default. If you turn it on from your Account page, NTW stores conversation titles, user messages, assistant responses, archive state, version information, and timestamps in Cloudflare D1. Only completed chats created after you opt in are saved; turning history on does not save an earlier browser conversation retroactively, and turning it off does not delete conversations already saved. Temporary Chats are not stored by NTW, but their prompts and needed conversation context are still sent to Apologist AI to generate responses and are processed under Apologist AI's own terms and privacy notice.
Berean Board: Firebase may process session and game-state data needed to operate shared Berean Board sessions.
Contact messages: FormSubmit processes the email address and message you submit through the contact form so we can receive and answer it. Messages are delivered to navtheway@gmail.com, where King's Forge LLC receives them through Gmail. That mailbox does not automatically forward messages to another mailbox.
Analytics: Google Analytics may process usage and device information on pages where analytics is enabled. Analytics helps us understand aggregate site use and improve NTW.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure NTW, authenticate users, maintain application ownership, answer contact messages, operate requested AI and Berean Board features, save and manage chats only when requested, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage. Billing and minimized financial records support payment processing, membership fulfillment, billing support, fraud prevention, reconciliation, accounting, and legal compliance. Residence declarations support reviewed service eligibility. NTW does not sell personal information and does not advertise to users, including advertising its own offerings.

Service providers and transfers

NTW relies on Clerk for managed authentication; Cloudflare for hosting, security, Workers, and D1 storage; Apologist AI for AI responses; Paddle for planned checkout sales, recurring billing, tax, invoices, refunds, and subscription management; Google services for analytics, Firebase functionality, and receiving contact messages in Gmail; and FormSubmit for contact-form delivery. Those organizations process information under their own terms and privacy notices and may process it in locations outside your state or country.

For AI use while signed in, NTW also sends Apologist a consistent, pseudonymous account identifier to associate usage with the same NTW account. This identifier does not contain your name or email address. Anonymous website use does not include this account identifier.

Apologist describes its AI products and their handling in its published Privacy Policy; its published Terms of Use also describe its services. The privacy policy covers providing, improving, and protecting services and retention for necessary purposes, including backup handling; it does not specify an exact retention period for NTW API prompts or provide a no-training or zero-retention guarantee. NTW's chat-history deletion and Temporary Chat controls describe NTW's own storage, not automatic deletion of copies held by Apologist or its AI providers. Christian conversations may contain religious beliefs or other sensitive personal details; avoid including identifying information you do not want transmitted for AI processing. NTW's no-sale and no-advertising commitment describes NTW's practices, not every upstream provider's independent website or processing practices.

For Paddle purchases, buyer contact and address information, purchase history, and relevant transaction information are shared to fulfill the sale, membership, support, and legal obligations. Paddle generally acts as an independent controller under its Privacy Notice and Data Sharing Addendum. The addendum qualifies transfers from NTW to Paddle as service-provider processing under the California Privacy Acts where those Acts apply; it does not make every Paddle activity service-provider processing. NTW does not share private chat content with Paddle for billing or authorize advertising use of that content.

Cookies and browser storage

Clerk uses cookies or similar browser storage to maintain signed-in sessions. Analytics and other requested features may also use browser storage. NTW uses local browser storage for limited interface state where needed, but NTW does not use local browser storage as the database for private chat history. Blocking these technologies may prevent account or interactive features from working.

Retention and account deletion

Saved conversations are subject to a retention limit of six calendar months from each conversation's last message and a cap of the newest 500 conversations per account, ordered by last-message activity. Retention cleanup will automatically delete older conversations and their messages when either limit is exceeded; you may delete them sooner. Archiving does not delete a conversation, and turning off future saving does not delete conversations already saved; neither exempts saved chats from these retention limits. If a paid membership ends, existing saved chats remain available to view, export, or delete within these retention limits, but a current paid membership is required to save or extend chats. Export chats you wish to keep before they reach these limits. You can delete individual conversations or delete all chat history from Account. Deletion removes the selected saved conversation records and messages from the active application database.

Security and diagnostic request logs are ordinarily retained for no more than 30 days unless a longer period is needed to investigate abuse, protect the service, or comply with law. Membership and billing records are retained for seven years after the final transaction or the subscription's end for accounting, tax, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes, then deleted or de-identified unless a longer period is legally required.

Unclaimed signup Terms stamps follow the existing short-lived signup admission record cleanup. Account-bound acceptance records are kept to support agreement admission while the account exists and are removed from the active application database when your account is deleted through billing-safe closure; the linked signup Terms stamp is cleared then as well. This does not delete separate residence, financial, or upstream-provider records. Residence and eligibility record collection is currently disabled. We will disclose its retention terms before enabling it.

The seven years applies to required membership and billing evidence, not to private chat content, general telemetry, or every residence record. Financial records are minimized and kept separately from private chat history; cancellation does not erase records needed to reconcile a sale or handle refunds, disputes, or legal obligations.

Paddle and retained direct payment providers apply their own retention requirements to records they hold. NTW account deletion does not automatically erase the seller's invoice, tax, refund, dispute, or other legally required records. Contact us for NTW record questions and the seller identified on your receipt for records it holds.

NTW blocks sign-in account deletion until the billing provider reports the recurring membership has ended. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid period, Account guides you to provider-specific controls and identity deletion remains unavailable through the displayed cancellation-effective date. After terminal cancellation is verified—or when no recurring membership exists—you may confirm account deletion. After Clerk sends a verified lifecycle notification, NTW deletes the account's saved conversations and messages and marks the associated application-user record deleted. A minimal deleted-account record, billing record, security event, or other compliance information may remain for the retention periods above.

Your choices

You may browse public NTW pages and use public chat without an account. Chat history is off by default. From Account, you can opt in or out of saving future completed chats, view and rename saved chats, archive or restore them, export your chat history, delete individual conversations, or delete all chat history. You may also sign out or manage and delete your account. You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with NTW, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

NTW accounts and interactive AI are intended only for adults who are at least 18, are not minors in their jurisdiction of residence, and have legal capacity to agree to the Terms of Use. We do not knowingly offer those features to minors or collect their personal information through them. Parental or guardian supervision is not an exception. Public informational pages remain accessible, and adults may prepare teaching materials for younger learners. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us at navtheway@gmail.com so we can address the information and access appropriately, without bypassing any required billing-safe account closure.
