Acceptance and eligibility

By using NTW, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by a minor where required by law.

Christian study tool, not an authority

NTW is a study and writing aid shaped by disclosed Reformed evangelical guardrails. It is not a substitute for Scripture, prayer, participation in a local church, or counsel from qualified pastors and teachers. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstood. Test every claim carefully against Scripture.

NTW is not professional advice and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as professional advice or as the sole basis for consequential decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account, email inbox, and devices secure. Do not impersonate another person, share an account in a way that defeats security controls, or attempt to access another user's information. The Account page provides optional private chat history controls. History is off by default and saves only new completed conversations after you enable it. Temporary Chats are not stored by NTW, although their prompts and needed context are still sent to Apologist AI to generate responses. You may view, rename, archive, restore, export, or permanently delete saved chats, and you may disable future saving without deleting chats already saved. You may also sign out, manage your profile, or request account deletion from the Account page.

Paid memberships and automatic renewal

NTW Explore, NTW Study, and NTW All Access are recurring paid memberships. There is no free trial. Explore costs $9 monthly or $108 annually; Study costs $14 monthly or $168 annually; and All Access costs $18 monthly or $216 annually, before any applicable taxes shown by Stripe or PayPal. Billing begins only after the selected provider confirms the purchase.

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until canceled. Monthly memberships renew each month; annual memberships cover twelve months and renew once each year. Annual memberships are billed yearly, but their AI-response allowance refreshes monthly. Annual billing is the same total as twelve monthly payments and includes no discount at launch. Your Account page shows the provider, billing interval, and current renewal or cancellation date. If NTW changes a recurring price, the new price applies only after any notice and consent required by law or the payment provider.

AI-response allowances and feature access

Paid memberships receive the full allowance at the start of each paid allowance month: Explore receives 180 AI responses, Study receives 360 AI responses, and All Access receives 540 AI responses. Each time you send NTW a question or request and it replies, that uses one AI response. In eligible Toys & Tools, each successful AI stage uses one AI response from the same monthly allowance. A failed provider request does not use an AI response.

Unused AI responses expire when the allowance refreshes; they do not carry into another allowance month. AI responses are part of the service, have no cash value, are nontransferable, and are not redeemable for money.

AI-response allowances increase usage capacity but never unlock features. Explore and Study allowances apply to NTW Chat. Eligible Toys & Tools require an active All Access membership. Ending All Access removes that tool entitlement even if an included balance remains.

Payment failure, cancellation, and refunds

After a failed renewal, NTW provides a seven-day payment grace period while the provider may retry payment. During grace, you may use only unused AI responses from the prior paid allowance; a failed renewal receives no new monthly allowance. If payment is not recovered by the displayed grace deadline, the account returns to Free, remaining paid responses expire, and paid history-saving and Toys & Tools access end.

Cancel through the provider-specific subscription control on your Account page. Cancellation prevents another renewal but does not normally end the already-paid period early; paid access continues through the displayed cancellation-effective date. Cancel an active Stripe or PayPal membership before deleting your NTW account. Deleting the Clerk identity does not itself instruct a separate payment provider to stop recurring charges.

Payments are generally final after a paid period begins. There are no prorated refunds for unused time, unused AI responses, cancellation, or downgrade. Exceptions apply when required by law or when King's Forge LLC confirms a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or payment-processing error. Contact navtheway@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge so it can be investigated. An approved refund may immediately end the refunded membership period and remove unused AI responses.

Acceptable use

Do not use NTW to violate law, infringe rights, harass or exploit others, distribute malware, probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic, exhaust service capacity, scrape protected data, or interfere with another person's use. Do not submit information you lack permission to process. We may restrict or terminate access reasonably believed to threaten users, providers, or NTW.

Your content and AI output

You retain whatever rights you hold in content you submit. You grant NTW and its service providers permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information. Because AI systems may produce similar material for different users, output may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing and lawfully using any output.

NTW materials

The NTW name, branding, site design, original writing, prompts, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may use public NTW materials only as allowed by law, an applicable license, or written permission.

Availability and changes

NTW may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features; impose reasonable usage limits; or update these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of saved chat history or other content, and you should export anything you need to retain. We do not guarantee compatibility with every browser or device. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Third-party services and links

NTW depends on third-party services and may link to external sites. Their availability, content, security, and policies are outside NTW's control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTW is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. You remain responsible for your decisions, ministry materials, publications, and use of output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
