Deleting chat history is permanent. Deleting your NTW account also removes all saved NTW chat history.
Cancel any active membership before deleting your account; deleting your sign-in account does not itself stop recurring billing. After account deletion is verified, NTW deletes saved conversations and marks the linked application record deleted while retaining required billing and security records.
