Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Navigate The Way ✝️ ("NTW"), operated by King's Forge LLC, including its public pages, account features, paid memberships, Christian AI tools, and Berean Board.

Acceptance and eligibility

NTW accounts and interactive AI features are for adults only. You must be at least 18, not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, and legally able to agree to these terms. By accepting these Terms of Use, you represent that you meet these requirements and agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. Acceptance is your representation, not verification of your age or legal capacity. Parental or guardian supervision does not create an exception for a minor to create an account or use interactive AI.

Public informational pages remain accessible without an account or interactive-AI acceptance. Adults may prepare teaching or lesson materials for younger learners; this does not permit direct use of NTW accounts or interactive AI by minors. If you do not accept the current terms, do not use interactive AI; account management, billing cancellation, privacy requests, and billing-safe offboarding remain available. Terms acceptance is not required again for each AI response or automatic recurring charge.

Terms version: ntw-terms-2026-10-15. Read this archived version.

Account signup is United States-only and depends on reviewed primary home state availability, including the District of Columbia. Check the reviewed ineligible-state list and availability explanation on Account; do not select a different residence to qualify. When adding or changing your home residence, certify it accurately, including a move outside the United States. A payment address or travel location is not your primary home residence. Automatic recurring charges do not require a new residence declaration.

Reconfirm your primary residence every 12 calendar months, and update it sooner when you move or when NTW asks you to resolve conflicting residence information. NTW will show a reminder before confirmation is due. An overdue confirmation restricts normal interactive use until resolved; it does not by itself prove that you moved or authorize account closure. Residence correction, billing management and cancellation, export, privacy requests, and support remain available.

No signup invitation is sent for an unavailable residence. An unavailable state may reflect requirements NTW's small operation cannot support, unresolved applicability, or an incomplete or temporarily unavailable review; use the specific explanation provided, not an assumed reason. This does not mean the law bans NTW. Informational pages remain distinct from residence-gated account and interactive-chat features.

A confirmed move outside the United States or into a reviewed ineligible state requires NTW to arrange nonrenewal at the end of the current paid billing period and billing-safe account closure. If you have a current paid period, NTW will also immediately schedule your account for deletion at that same paid-period end, rather than keep it as a Free account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. To request a refund for a Paddle purchase, see the Refund Policy below. Any necessary earlier service cutoff or refund exception depends on applicable law, contractual obligations, or the seller's requirements. Service availability during the remaining paid period depends on the reviewed eligibility decision; payment alone does not override an applicable restriction.

When you report such a move, NTW will explain the residence restriction, scheduled deletion date, billing treatment, and data choices. You can correct your residence information and export saved content before the scheduled deletion. A general correction window does not extend your account beyond the paid-period end. NTW will not delete your sign-in identity until the current paid period has ended and renewal has been verified stopped with no unresolved billing liability. If billing verification prevents deletion when due, the account remains scheduled for closure while NTW resolves that issue; this is not permission to retain an ineligible account indefinitely. Temporary policy expiry, an unavailable review, or overdue confirmation alone does not authorize irreversible closure. A timely correction is checked against current eligibility and does not automatically restart a canceled subscription. A later eligibility-policy change is handled under its reviewed withdrawal notice and timing, including applicable legislation where relevant. Account closure removes sign-in access and private account content, while records required for billing, security, or legal obligations remain subject to the Privacy Notice.

Christian study tool, not an authority

NTW is a study and writing aid shaped by disclosed Reformed evangelical guardrails. It is not a substitute for Scripture, prayer, participation in a local church, or counsel from qualified pastors and teachers. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstood. Test every claim carefully against Scripture.

NTW is not professional advice and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as professional advice or as the sole basis for consequential decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account, email inbox, and devices secure. Do not impersonate another person, share an account in a way that defeats security controls, or attempt to access another user's information. The Account page provides optional private chat history controls. History is off by default and saves only new completed conversations after you enable it. Temporary Chats are not stored by NTW, although their prompts and needed context are still sent to Apologist AI to generate responses. You may view, rename, archive, restore, export, or permanently delete saved chats, and you may disable future saving without deleting chats already saved. You may also sign out, manage your profile, or request account deletion from the Account page.

Paid memberships and automatic renewal

Paid memberships are not currently available. NTW Explore, NTW Study, and NTW All Access are prospective recurring paid memberships, offered only when available at checkout. Explore costs $10 monthly or $120 annually; Study costs $15 monthly or $180 annually; and All Access costs $19 monthly or $228 annually, before applicable taxes unless expressly shown as tax-inclusive. Billing begins only after you confirm payment through Paddle.

Existing direct Stripe or PayPal subscriptions remain subject to their original prices, receipts, and commitments. Those providers remain available where needed for historical billing, subscription management, and cancellation; these prospective offers do not reprice or transfer an existing subscription.

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until canceled. Monthly memberships renew each month; annual memberships cover twelve months and renew once each year. Annual memberships are billed yearly, but their AI-response allowance refreshes monthly. Annual billing is the same total as twelve monthly payments and includes no discount at launch. Your Account page shows the provider, billing interval, and current renewal or cancellation date. If NTW changes a recurring price, the new price applies only after any notice and consent required by law or the payment provider.

Seller, payment confirmation, and transaction taxes

When the planned Paddle checkout becomes available, Paddle.com Inc. will be the reseller and merchant of record for sales to buyers in the United States. King's Forge LLC remains NTW's service operator. A PayPal payment through Paddle is a Paddle sale, not a separate direct PayPal subscription.

For those sales, applicable transaction taxes are calculated and collected through Paddle where required. Paddle is responsible for reporting and remitting those transaction taxes under its reseller arrangement. This does not mean every buyer is taxed, or that Paddle handles every tax or other legal obligation of King's Forge LLC.

Before you confirm payment, checkout shows the base price, applicable tax, total, recurring amount, and billing frequency. You must affirmatively agree to the recurring payment before completing the purchase. Displayed prices are before applicable taxes unless expressly shown as tax-inclusive. Renewals include applicable taxes determined by Paddle, and Paddle provides the invoice or receipt for its sale. Review the confirmed amount and cadence at checkout and the tax and total on your invoice or receipt; an Account base-price display is not an invoice total.

Paddle processes any approved refund and related tax adjustment for its sale; King's Forge LLC does not repay a Paddle purchase directly. For billing, invoice, cancellation, or refund help, use your Account subscription controls or contact navtheway@gmail.com. Paddle's checkout buyer terms also apply to purchases through Paddle.

AI-response allowances and feature access

Paid memberships receive the full allowance at the start of each paid allowance month: Explore receives 180 AI responses, Study receives 360 AI responses, and All Access receives 540 AI responses. Each time you send NTW a question or request and it replies, that uses one AI response. In eligible Toys & Tools, each successful AI stage uses one AI response from the same monthly allowance. A failed provider request does not use an AI response.

Unused AI responses expire when the allowance refreshes; they do not carry into another allowance month. Extra AI responses cannot be purchased separately. AI responses are part of the service, have no cash value, are nontransferable, and are not redeemable for money.

AI-response allowances increase usage capacity but never unlock features. Explore and Study allowances apply to NTW Chat. Eligible Toys & Tools require an active All Access membership. Ending All Access removes that tool entitlement even if an included balance remains.

Payment failure and cancellation

After a failed renewal, NTW provides a seven-day payment grace period while the provider may retry payment. During grace, you may use only unused AI responses from the prior paid allowance; a failed renewal receives no new monthly allowance. If payment is not recovered by the displayed grace deadline, the account returns to Free, remaining paid responses expire, and paid history-saving and Toys & Tools access end.

Cancel through the provider-specific subscription control on your Account page. Cancellation prevents another renewal but does not normally end the already-paid period early; paid access continues through the displayed cancellation-effective date, subject to the eligibility and service restrictions explained above. NTW blocks sign-in account deletion until the provider reports the membership has ended. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period does not permit identity deletion before that displayed effective date; the account-deletion process remains available after terminal cancellation is verified.

Refund Policy

For purchases through Paddle, you can request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Submit your request at paddle.net or follow the support instructions on your Paddle receipt. You can also contact navtheway@gmail.com for help submitting your request.

Paddle handles refund requests under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. King's Forge LLC does not impose additional refund eligibility conditions on Paddle purchases. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Paddle processes approved refunds and associated tax adjustments. Access to the refunded product ends when a refund is issued. Include your purchase email and receipt or order reference when requesting help; do not send full card numbers, payment passwords, or private chat content.

Historical purchases made directly through Stripe or PayPal remain governed by their original purchase terms. Contact navtheway@gmail.com for help with those purchases.

Acceptable use

Do not use NTW to violate law, infringe rights, harass or exploit others, distribute malware, probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic, exhaust service capacity, scrape protected data, or interfere with another person's use. Do not submit information you lack permission to process. We may restrict or terminate access reasonably believed to threaten users, providers, or NTW.

Your content and AI output

You retain whatever rights you hold in content you submit. You grant NTW and its service providers permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information. Because AI systems may produce similar material for different users, output may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing and lawfully using any output.

NTW materials

The NTW name, branding, site design, original writing, prompts, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may use public NTW materials only as allowed by law, an applicable license, or written permission.

Availability and changes

NTW may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features; impose reasonable usage limits; or update these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of saved chat history or other content, and you should export anything you need to retain. We do not guarantee compatibility with every browser or device. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Third-party services and links

NTW depends on third-party services and may link to external sites. Their availability, content, security, and policies are outside NTW's control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTW is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. You remain responsible for your decisions, ministry materials, publications, and use of output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
